Teriyaki Beef
As the name says, pure Teriyaki flavour. We inject our marinade into the beef as a whole cut first, letting it marinate from the inside out. After the beef is leaned, trimmed and tenderised, we marinate it again before it heads off to the smokehouse. Bull tells me it's a big hit with the Asian community, but I don't understand why. I just think it's delicious!
